See the Chatbot in Action

The chatbot can be previewed from the TAI admin. To do so, login to your account and go to the Try it Now link from the left navigation pane. 

You will be directed to a screen with the chatbot loaded. Do note that chatbots are instance specific, in case you have more than one instance available for your account, you would need to select the desired instance to previews its chatbot. You can select or change an instance by choosing an instance from the drop-down on the top navigation panel. Selecting an instance will cause the chatbot for the selected instance to open up.

From the chatbot preview you can query TAI as your customers would do on your website and also try out the other features within the chatbot.

You can also share a link to the chatbot by using any one of these options 

Open in a new tab: Clicking on this icon will open the chatbot in a new browser tab. You can copy/paste the link to share it with anyone. The chatbot can be directly accessed with the link, without the need for users to login to TAI.


Share: You can share the link to the chatbot via various means. Clicking on the share icon  will open a popup as shown below.


You can share the link to the chatbot via multiple means - 1) your various social media platforms; click on the relevant social media icon to initiate the process of sharing to that platform, your would need to login to the corresponding social media platform 2) you can scan the QR code to directly go to the chatbot 3) you can click on the copy icon to copy the link and paste it to share with anyone. 
QR Code: The QR can also be accessed via the Instance listing; you can click the QR code icon  . The QR code will open in a popup. You can download it and have it printed and displayed at your choice of location. Customers can scan the QR and directly go to the chatbot.
