Manage Survey Settings

You have the option to customize various settings for surveys. These settings are applied at a location/store level i.e. different settings can be defined for each of your stores/locations. 

To customize the privacy settings, login to the platform and go to the Settings->Privacy menu item. In case you have more than one location/store setup you will be prompted to select one before continuing. Once selected, the privacy settings that correspond to the selected location will be displayed.


You can customize what personal information you want to respondents to provide. Name is a mandatory detail that you cannot customize. You can however select whether or not you want to respondents to provide their email addresses and phone numbers. By default, these will be set to optional. Click on email/phone number checkboxes to make them mandatory. 

Once all the settings have been configured, click the 'Save Changes' button. Settings once saved will be pre-populated when accessed again. You can make the necessary edits and save it.
