survey page is a public facing page that what you would use to obtain feedback
from people. At the time of setting up a location, a feedback URL is generated
and assigned to it. The feedback URL is mapped to the survey page that has been
currently set for the location.
You can
generate a QR code to this link, download and print it for people to scan and
access the survey page.
To
generate and download a QR code to the survey page:
Login to the platform and go to Build-> New Locations/Events/Entities menu. All business locations that are available for your account will be listed on the screen.
Click on the Download QR code link that is available for the location. A popup will open wherein the various styles of QR codes that are available will be displayed. These include:
- The traditional square QR code and
- QR code within the Tellofy speech bubble (there are two options one with your brand name printed below the QR code and one without).
You can click the relevant link to download your preferred style of QR code. An SVG image of the QR code will be generated and downloaded for you. The QR will lead people to the survey page that is associated with this location.
