Activating your TAI Account

Before you start using the TAI platform, you need to verify your email address and activate your account by setting a password for your account. 

Upon a successful sign-up, you will receive an activation email from the Tellofy Onboarding team. Click on the Activate Now button or on the activation link in the email and you would be directed to the a screen on the TAI website wherein you can set your password.  

Enter your password in the Password field provided. The password must be a minimum of 8 characters long and must contain both letters and numbers and at least one special character and one capital letter. Do note that the password is case-sensitive.

Re-enter your password to confirm it and then click the Set Password button. Your password will be saved. Your account will be now be considered as active. Your free 60 day trial will come info effect; post the free trial period you would need to choose a subscription plan to continue using the platform.

NOTE: Once you have used the activation link to set your password, it cannot be used again. In case you face problems while logging in, try resetting your password or reaching out to the administrator for assistance. 

Logging in to the TAI Admin panel

Once the password has been set, you will be directed to the TAI admin login screen wherein you can login by using your registered email address and the newly set password.
