Tellofy SupportTo get access to the TAI chatbot, you would need to sign-up for an account. TAI is a paid service, however all new sign-ups get a free 60 day trial; post that period, you would need to choose a subscription plan to continue using the platform.
To sign up for a new account, go to the TAI website homepage www.tellofy.ai and click on the "Get Started" button available on the top right corner of the screen.
You will be directed to the sign-up page wherein you can fill out the form to create your account on the platform. Please make sure that you have entered a correct email address as this is what you would use to login to the platform and where you would receive account level notifications and other communication from TAI. We also recommend that you sign-up using your work email address.
The details that are needed to create an account include:
- Your Email
- Your First and Last Name
- Your country, state and city of residence
Do note that the fields marked with a * are mandatory and must be filled out.
Before submitting the form, you need to agree to the terms of use by clicking on the checkbox. Click on the Submit button and complete the reCAPTCHA verification (if asked). Your details will be saved and an account activation email will be sent to you. Follow the instructions in the email to activate your account and start using the platform.
In case if you do not find the activation email in your Inbox do check your spam/junk folder. You can also reach out to the TAI administrator for further assistance.
