Resetting a Forgotten Password

In case you have forgotten your password, you can try resetting it. To do so, click on the Login link from the top menu bar at http://www.tellofy.ai

From the login screen, click the Reset Password link. From the screen that appears, use the Forgot Password form to reset your password.


Enter your registered email address. Now click the Reset Password button. An email, with a link and instructions on how to reset your password will be sent to you.  In case you do not find the email in your inbox, do check your spam/junk folder. Clicking on the link in the email will open the Reset Password screen on the TAI website. You can use the Reset Password form to set a new password.

In the password reset form:


Enter a new password in the Password field. The password must be a minimum of 8 characters long and must contain both letters and numbers and at least one special character and one capital letter. Do note that the password is case-sensitive.

Re-enter the new password in the Confirm Password field to confirm it and then click the Reset Password button. Your password will be updated to the new one and you will be prompted to login using your new password. Do note that the link to reset your password will expire after 3 days.
