Tellofy SupportThe Manage Reviews screen allows you to share selected reviews on your social media channels (YouTube and Facebook). Login to the platform and go to Real Time-> Manage Reviews link from the left navigation menu. You will be directed to the Manage Review screen wherein you can view all reviews (across stores/locations) available for your business and share selected ones.
To share a review:
Select a review by clicking on it from the left pane; the review will open up on the right. Options to share on YouTube/Facebook will be shown based on what you have configured for your account, under the menu Settings->Social Channels.
Icons to the social networks that you have enabled for your account will be displayed here. In case of Facebook, clicking on the icons will cause the system to prompt you to login to your Facebook account and share the review.
For video reviews, the YouTube icon will be visible in case sharing to YouTube has been turned on. Clicking on the YouTube icon will post the review to the YouTube channel that has been linked with the brand. The YouTube preview will be shown before you post.
In case you have not associated a channel via the Settings -> Social Channels screen, then you will be prompted to login to your YouTube account -> select the channel to associate -> grant permissions and then once done, the video can be shared to the selected channel. Note: associating your channel will help save in sharing the video reviews as the next time you try to share you would not be required to login again; sharing would be direct to the associated YouTube channel
