survey page is a public facing page that what you would use to obtain feedback
from people. At the time of setting up a location, a feedback URL is generated
and assigned to it. The feedback URL is mapped to the survey page that has been
currently set for the location.
You can
share this link with people from whom feedback is to be sought. People will see
questions that are available for the survey. When you change the association of
the survey, the URL would remain the same.
To get the link to the survey:
Login to the platform and go to Build-> New Locations/Events/Entities menu. All business locations that are available for your account will be listed on the screen.
Click on
the icon available against the Public Feedback Link box 
. The survey page will open in a
new window. You can also copy the survey page URL by clicking on the copy icon
next to the Public Feedback Link box.
