Upon a successful sign-up, you will receive an activation email from the Tellofy Onboarding team. In case you do not find the email in your Inbox do check your spam/junk folder. Clicking on the activation link will open the Tellofy website in a new tab on your browser. The screen will contain instructions for you to setup your password.
Enter your password in the Password field provided. The password must be a minimum of 8 characters long and must contain both letters and numbers; special characters are not allowed. Do note that the password is case-sensitive.
Re-enter your password to confirm it and then click the “Set Password” button. Your password will be saved. Your account will be now be considered as active.
Do note that all new registrations get a 14 day free trial wherein they can use the application, post which there is a $19.99 monthly charge to continue using Tellofy. At the end of the trial period, an option to subscribe would be available to you on your Billing screen (available under the profile menu).
Logging in for the first time
Once the password has been set, you will be directed to the Tellofy website (http://www.tellofy.com) wherein you can login to your account by using the newly set password. Clicking on the Login button at the top menu bar will direct you to the Login form as shown in the screenshot below:
Enter your registered email address and the newly set password in the fields provided and click on “LOGIN”. You will be logged in:
NOTE: Once you have used the activation link to set your password, it cannot be used again. Incase you face problems while logging in, try resetting your password or reaching out to the administrator for assistance.
