Tellofy is also available as a subscription-based service. Subscribing to a package would give merchant access to premium features. Tellofy offers custom subscription plans that are tailored to meet your individual business needs. For a paid plan, contact the Tellofy administrator.

Once the administrator has activated a plan for you, you would need to login to the platform and pay for the subscription via your PayPal account. After the payment has been made you can start using the platform. Till such time that the payment is made, you will only be able to access the “Billing” section within the platform.

To pay for your subscription, login to the platform and go to the Account-> Billing screen from the menu. You will be directed to the Subscriptions screen.

The screen will display details of your subscription package including, the monthly cost, the start date of the subscription and next billing date.

To pay for the package, click the “Pay” button. You will be directed to the PayPal website to complete the payment process. Once the payment is successful you will be directed back to the Tellofy portal. You subscription will be active from the date the payment is made.

Subscription fees are charged on a monthly basis, which will be auto-debited from your PayPal account every month.

Cancel Subscription

At any time, if you wish to stop your subscription, you can cancel it from the portal. Post cancellation, your subscription will continue till the end of the current billing period. After the end of the billing period, you will no longer have access to the Tellofy portal. You would need to contact the administrator to reactivate your subscription.

To cancel, go to the Account -> Billing screen and click the “Cancel” button. You will be prompted to confirm the action and once confirmed, your subscription will be cancelled.
