Tellofy SupportTellofy is also available as a subscription-based service. Subscribing
to a package would give merchant access to premium features.
Merchants can go in for a free trial before going in for a paid
subscription. To know more about the various packages and to subscribe, you can
contact the Tellofy administrator.
Free Trial
A free trial will give you full access to the Tellofy portal for the duration of your trial. You can track the trial period from within the merchant admin. For the duration of your trial period, a notification bar with a countdown of the number of days left in your trial, is displayed at the top of all screens. When you sign-up you are given a 14 day free trial.
You can also go to the Account -> Billing screen screen to
track the number of days remaining in your trial. The Billing screen will show
the date your trial started and the date when it will end.
Do note that once your trial period has ended, you will no longer have access to the platform. You can reach out to the administrator (anytime during or after the end of your trial) to convert to a paid plan.
