Resetting a forgotten password

In case you have forgotten your password, you can try resetting it. To do so, click on the “Login” link from the top menu bar at http://www.tellofy.com

From the Login form that appears, click the Forgot Password link. A popup will open, as shown in the screenshot below:


Enter your registered email address and click the “I’m not a robot” reCAPTCHA checkbox. Now click the “RESET PASSWORD” button. An email, with a link and instructions on how to reset your password, will be sent to you.  In case you do not find the email in your inbox, do check your spam/junk folder.


Clicking on the link in the email will open the Tellofy website in a new tab on your browser, with the Password Reset form open.


In the password reset form:

Enter a new password in the Password field. The password must be a minimum of 8 characters long and must contain both letters and numbers; special characters are not allowed. Do note that the password is case-sensitive.

Re-enter the new password in the Confirm Password field to confirm it and then click the “RESET PASSWORD” button. Your password will be updated to the new one and you will be prompted to login using your new password. Do note that the link to reset your password will expire after 3 days.
