The TAI admin Dashboard provides insights into customer engagement with the chatbot widget.
To view the dashboard, login to the TAI admin, you will be taken to the Dashboard or the Overview screen.
The default dashboard view shows consolidated statistics and data for all of your instances, for the current month. This can however be drilled down to see data for a specific instance and/or specific time period. To filter based on a specific period, click on the calendar drop-down and then select a period/date range from the calendar; click on "Apply Filters" button for the dashboard to be refreshed to reflect data pertaining to the period selected.
To filter based on instance, select a specific instance from the drop-down and click on the "Apply Filters" button. You can select a date range and brand to filter the dashboard accordingly.
The following statistics are available on the dashboard:
- Tokens (consumed): Herein you can track the number of tokens that have been used for your account. Conversations within the chatbot (i.e. questions asked and responses given by TAI) consume tokens. This statistic helps you to track your token usage.
- Total Time Engaged: This shows the total duration for all chat sessions for the date range/brand combination.
- Contact Request: This shows the total number of customers (for the date range/brand combination) who have submitted the contact form via the chatbot window.
- Unanswered Questions: This shows a list of questions that the chatbot could not answer. You can then add data pertaining to these questions via the Add Data screen so that the next time any customer asks the same/similar question the chatbot can provide an answer. Do note that this is a premium feature and would be displayed only if your subscription plan allows for it. In case you do not see this section, you would need to upgrade to a higher plan.
- Contact Requests: All contact requests available for the filters will be displayed.
Additionally, via the Dashboard you can also track the following details:
- Days remaining in your Trial period: This information is shown on the top navigation bar while you are on your trial period. It shows the number of days remaining in your trial. Anytime during the trial or when it ends you can subscribe to a plan in order to continue using TAI.
- Usage limits set for your plan: The left navigation panel displays the current plan that you are on and the usage limits (consumed vs available) that are available for you within the plan. Do note, that the tokens get reset every billing cu You can track this usage and you can upgrade your plan at anytime to have your limits increased. You can view the features/limits available for your plan via the Billings & Plan screen. This can be accesses by clicking on the Upgrade Now button from the left navigation panel or by clicking on the Billings & Plans link available under your account sub menu.
Other Dashboard Features
Some additional features available to you on the Dashboard include:
- Option to Refresh the data displayed on the dashboard: Clicking on the refresh icon will cause the data on the dashboard to be updated
