Once you have connected your Tellofy AI account with your store, all other menu options (as shown in the screenshot below) required to configure and manage the extension will be made available.
The various menu options include:
- Account Setup: Will take you to the Setup screen wherein you can disconnect/reconnect the store with your Tellofy AI account
- Data Sync for Instance Management: Will take you to a screen wherein you can manage (create or delete store view instances from Tellofy AI).
- Data Sync for Products, Categories and Pages: Will direct you to the corresponding screens wherein you can choose the products, categories and CMS data that needs to be synced with Tellofy AI.
- Monitoring – Sync Status: Will direct you to a screen where you can monitor the data sync status at an Instance/store view level.
- Monitoring – CRON Status: Will direct you to a screen wherein you can track the cron schedule and its status.
- Monitoring – CRON Logs: Will direct you to a screen wherein you can view the status of individual CRON job that were run.
- External Links – Tellofy AI Dashboard: Will direct you to the administration panel on the Tellofy AI website. This can be used to track chatbot analytics and preview the chatbot in action.
- External Links – Help and Support: Will direct you to the Tellofy AI support website wherein you can get additional information about using the Tellofy AI extension, Tellofy AI Chatbot and Tellofy AI Administration panel.
- Configuration – Settings: Will direct you to the configuration screen wherein you can manage settings required for using the Tellofy AI extension.
